Blake Okland is President of Multifamily Capital Markets at Cushman & Wakefield and Chief Revenue Officer at Greystone. He is responsible for the growth of the firm’s multifamily capital markets business, as well as growing our relationship with Greystone, a leading multifamily agency lender known for delivering the most creative capital solutions.

Kevin is Cushman & Wakefield’s Chief Economist and Head of Global Research. He leads the firm’s worldwide research team produce studies and statistics on topics affecting the global and U.S. economy, capital markets, finance, leasing fundamentals, property and project management and factors that affect supply-demand fundamentals in commercial real estate. Kevin has 20+ years of experience as a professional forecaster studying the macroeconomy as it pertains to the property markets and extracting implications for businesses broadly and for clients specifically.

As head of living sectors for Cushman & Wakefield's Valuation & Advisory business, Zach Bowyer, MAI, MRICS supports a team of over 130 professionals located throughout the U.S. His primary focus is driving growth initiatives through the advancement of client care, data analytics, product development and talent recruitment. Property types covered include apartments, BTR, affordable, manufactured housing, self-storage, co-living/student housing and senior living.
